We're leaving today to go to NY for my appointment at Sloan-Kettering tomorrow morning. I've got a pile of paperwork, medical records, a few articles... so much to think about when listing the questions I want to have answered.
I feel a lot better than I did last time after my treatment. This morning I ate and then took some Aleve for the aches that are starting up. Last time I took percaset on an empty stomach and I was leveled the rest of the day. Plus I had done yoga and taken a walk Saturday and Sunday after my that treatment - I took it a little easier with #8. I was nervous about how I'd feel trekking into the city with my bag of info to see another doctor and hear maybe the same, maybe something a little different about what I can or should do or should consider doing. I feel fine today, a little slow, so we'll get there and be fine. A little make-up and a cute outfit will perk me up.

jenn, you will take the next step(s) with the same fortitude laced with the same distinctive style of grace under fire that has been a guiding force, which you have consistently exhibited from the inception.

You are an incredibly courageous and inspiring individual~ in just under 4 months you have overcome tremendous challenges that, at some point, may have seemed insurmountable.
I will quote our old boss and say that you are a force to be reckoned with. Believe in that because we all believe in you!
