Chocolate 7-layer cake + Champagne + Cosmos + Companions = ContentmentWe sat in the shade sipping cocktails, munching on lunch and snick-snacks and sipping our cold drinks all afternoon talking about life. We have a lot to cover from kindergarten on with the 4 of us girlfriends and Kama. It was so nice to be surrounded by the comfort of true friends. And I don't think we scared Kevin too much with the girl-talk - he kept a safe distance.

I had such a great time with you and the girls. Being all together was like putting on your favorite old worn-in sweatshirt: comfy, cozy, familiar, easy, and you never want to take it off. I wish we could get together more often. You all recharged my batteries, and made me long-lasting happy!!! :) There's nothing quite like a old friend.

It was a nice giggle-fest-- I agree with Molly- old friends and family are comfy, extra loved and easy. It made for a great Sunday. Love you!
I was sure hoping to be there for the "Hauppauge K-12 fiesta", but just couldn't pull it off. Time spent with friends who knew you WAY back when-- there just isn't anything better. I won't miss the 2008 celebration in the works!!! (And Janelle will be in tow! For a few extra giggles. Hehehe.)
