The Coping Supply List

  • a punching bag
  • double-stuff OREOs - not to be shared, seriously
  • "play money" for treats along the way
  • license to do what you want to not what you have to
  • good books - some to cry, some to laugh, some to think
  • drugs; lots of drugs for anxiety and physical pain
  • a few songs that always make you smile
  • walking shoes and walking buddy
  • outlets; creative or otherwise that bring you to your center
This list paired with the love and support of your family and friends are more than enought to get through those times. There's a children's song called "Roller in the Coaster" by Justin Roberts about life;
Tell the whole wide world about this
happy song
we can sing along
we won't mind the road up ahead
might be a
bumpy one
but
we'll get it done
and we'll
roller in the coaster and
shine in the sun
I want to get to the "Shine in the sun" part. FAST!

you will be shining in the sun faster than EVEN you can imagine.

as trite as it may "read" it truly is always darkest before the dawn.

lQQking forward to singing and slurping in atlanta.

please know that you are being thought of every "zappin'" day.
