There was definitely something special about this holiday. It's our first since moving back to the northeast which was special enough, but also, since my diagnosis and treatment, everything good is a little sweeter. I really got to enjoy the holidays though I was late sending my cards, organizing and wrapping gifts, it was still a lot of fun. I wish I could have had it all done "on time" and I wish my budget were 1000 times greater (at least) but I'll consider this a successful holiday season. The big pay-off for me was when Jacqueline smiled at me and said, "This Christmas is even more fantastic than last Christmas. Each one is better than before." Christmas magic is a live and well for the children. What greater gift is there for the rest of us?

Your hair looks fabulous and your glowing from ear to ear. Since keeping up with your blog last Spring one thing that always amazed me is your beauty both inside and out. Despite the chemo, surgery and radiation you've always kept this "glow" about you. Your blog is an inspiration to others. I wish you good health in 2008!
