"Stress Less" - what a joke

Avoid the following when trying not to stress;

• NEVER call the doctors office, especially if it's for a first time visit where you need to spell your last name and it's long and confusing like WEBB
• Don't try to fix any thing technological
• Don't talk about your recent move with your spouse
• avoid real estate transactions

It's not even 9am, I expect that the list will grow today.
