What I am considering now:

Radiation, Tamoxifen, what an education...

Found this online:
In about seven out of 10 cases of breast cancer, the cancer cells have
areas on their surface called receptors to which hormones such as estrogen
and progesterone attach, providing fuel for the cells’ growth into a tumor.
Tamoxifen works by disrupting estrogen’s ability to help cancer cells grow.
However, the drug is ineffective in breast cancers that are not fueled by
estrogen. New studies are testing whether other anti-estrogen drugs are as
effective as tamoxifen with fewer side-effects.

The thing is that my tumor was barely estrogen receptor positive. My fear is that any more messing with my hormones might do other harm to me. It's a constant negotiation - just like being a Mom. I guess at least I'm practiced at the art of weighing options.

jenn-o-centric --

thank you so much for sharing the seemingly never ending challenges you face.

from my perspective, you will make all the written notes and you will play with all the possibilities and do all the "numbers" and you will sort them all out.

you will discard the utter nonsense and retain the awareness.

after all, you are an EMMY award winning designer.

AND, i mean the aforementioned authentico, jenn, in the context that you are unique, aware, practiced in the art of weighing options, etc.

you are a winner in all areas of your life.

continue to be you, always.

please.

love,
