not again

I can't say that I am really all the surprised by the fact that they called this morning to cancel my appointment again. I mean, did they expect to get it all up and running the day before Thanksgiving? I guess... they probably work those machines as much as they can, but they were probably still operating on a "skeleton staff" for the holiday weekend.

Lynn was very apologetic acknowledging that it was supposed to be the end for me. I asked her to tell the staff that as long as I could still finish in November I wouldn't cry about it. I've been very good I told her. She said that that might motivate them to fix it.

So I got a long weekend as well. Next week will be the wrap up.
