Last year, Easter was later on the calendar, and it was the week preceding Easter that everything unraveled. I went to see Dr. Lee on a Tuesday and on Thursday night she called me with the news. That was Holy Thursday 2007. So this year on "holy Thursday" I have an appointment for a follow up MRI. Interesting timing, no? There's no way I want to reschedule that one. It's somewhat inconvenient going to NYC, and I have my appointment with Dr. Heerdt a month later on April 24. Originally it was all on the same day but the doctor's schedule changed. So I go twice to NY. Oh well.
I'm actually already thinking about the taco joint for lunch after the MRI. This Easter weekend will not be a repeat of last year. We were all shell shocked that weekend. It was rough. But we filled Easter baskets and carried on the best we could. It was the start of my family's stand against the insidious squatter. I just revisited the pictures - Unbelievable!
Seeing where I've been since last year is a bit overwhelming, frankly. It's so surreal. Looking forward to the next set of MRI images. I feel good & healthy.

yes, indeeed, very interesting timing.
have a blast at the taco joint. i shall sacrifice by having lunch at the nueovo laredo cantina slurping lobster tacos with tequila. it is beyond dark and lonely work, but you, yes you, jw, are so worth it!
it is heartening to know that you will see the marvelous "H" factor on 04/24.
